FAIRFIELD ALABAMA HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) No. 2022-01 FOR ASSET REPOSITIONING DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

The Fairfield Alabama Housing Authority (FAHA and/or the Authority) is seeking proposals from consultants to provide services to assist in the development/revitalization of affordable housing. Proposal documents are available and can be obtained from the FAHA office located at the following address. To request a copy of the proposal documents, please contact Dionne Bryant at 205-923-8017 ext. 220 or FAHA' s website FairfieldHA.org. Submission of proposals must be received at FAHA's office no later than September 26, 2022 3:00 p.m. CDT. Sealed Bids must be delivered to (via Hand/ First-Class Mail, or Express Mail):

NO ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All submitted Bids will be evaluated for responsiveness to the requirements of the Request for Proposals (RFP) based on an Evaluation/Selection Criteria Scale. Those Bids that are not in accordance with the RFP will be deemed non-responsive and eliminated from further evaluation.

The Responders shall provide the authority a copy of a Certificate of Insurance showing that the following insurance are in force and will guarantee all operations under the Responder' s Bids.

  1. Commercial/General Liability Insurance with a combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $300,000 per each occurrence.
  2. Job Title of all Employees

The Responder shall provide equal employment opportunities, without regard to race, sex, color, religion, age or national origin. The Responder shall conform to all applicable Laws, Codes, Regulations, and Executive Orders with respect to  prohibitions  against  wage  kickbacks, or rebate, rate of compensation, workplace safety and health standards and  of  compensation, and other applicable laws set forth in the Copeland Anti-Kickback, Davis-Bacon Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and Section 3.

FAIRFIELD ALABAMA HOUSING AUTHORITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS OR TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY WITH THE BIDS.
