FAHA Revised Office Hours

Due to (COVID-19) Alabama State of Emergency, the Fairfield Alabama Housing Authority will temporarily be operating under sporadic and/or reduced hours until further notice  

  • Any and all payments to FAHA, including legal and rent payments should be left in the secure drop box at the front entrance to the Mattie Gill Jackson office, 6704  Avenue D, Fairfield, AL. 
    Residents should leave your name and unit number with your payment.
  • Residents who experience a change in income should immediately provide a written notice using the same drop box so that your rent can be adjusted accordingly. Please include your contact information with the written notice.
  • Routine work orders are suspended until further notice, and staff will complete emergency work orders only. The emergency work order protocol will address the following: gas leaks, fire, electrical outage, sewer line backup, flooded unit, and no heat or air.
